A Sunset Proposal

So, picture this:

December 20th, Cape Town, Camps Bay – the most epic proposal ever. David and I were doing the whole South Africa thing, gearing up to spend Christmas with his fam in Johannesburg. But, let's rewind a bit – we took a detour to Cape Town for a fam vacay, and let me tell you, that city is straight-up magic.

So, there we were, on our way to a swanky family dinner, or so I thought. The family suggested we stop for some "spontaneous" family pics on the beach. Little did I know, this stop wasn’t for family photos. I swear, it was like he brought in the producers from The Bachelor to orchestrate this dreamy scene at sunset. Total romantic movie vibes, I'm talking heart eyes and all. I might have fallen for the whole "family photo" trick, but I definitely won the proposal jackpot.
